Rock Sugar Chicken Wings Recipe
These candied chicken wings will satisfy your stomach. The ingredients are easy to find in every refrigerator, and it only takes 10 minutes to cook.

Ingredients:
10 chicken wings, rinse well
3 slices ginger
2 rock sugar
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Rinse the chicken wings well under running water, drain well.
2. In a wok, add 1/2-1 cup water, add salt, ginger, Chinese cooking wine, chicken wings, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat, set the chicken wings in a plate for later use.
3. Add rock sugar and 1/2 cup water into another wok, cook until melts.
4. Add the chicken wings back into the wok in which it was cooked, add light soy sauce, cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, dish out and serve hot.
