Lemon Rice Recipe
This is a lemon flavored rice recipe that you simply can't say no.

Utensils:
Wok, bowl.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups pre-cooked rice
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 onion, peeled, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp. chopped coriander
1 tbsp. minced ginger root
2 tbsps. grated zest of lemon
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil in a wok over high heat, when hot, saute the onion cubes, and minced ginger, then stir fry grated lemon zest and 1 tbsp. ground cumin over medium heat for about 30 seconds.

2. Add the rice back into the wok, stirring and tossing to mix well, season with salt.
3. Remove from the wok to a bowl, serve immediately.
