Rice and Chili Bean Sauce Pudding
This classic pudding recipe is a perfect example of how a couple of ingredients really makes a mouth-watering dish. It is simple to master, and very fast to make.

Cook time: 30 minutes
Utensils:
Saucepot, bowl.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
3-4 cups sticky rice
2 tbsps. sugar
1/3 cup chili bean sauce
1/3 cup raisin
1/2 cup sweet meat
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Put sticky rice into saucepot with enough water to cover, cook over low heat for 15-30 minutes, then dish out into a bowl.
2. In the bowl, stir 2 tbsps. vegetable oil into the sticky rice, blend in 2 tsps. sugar.
3. Put some raisin and sweet meat into each bowl, covered with a layer of steamed sticky rice, then another layer of chili bean sauce and a layer of steamed sticky rice again.



4. Pour the rice mixture out into another bowl according to the picture.

5. Serve the rice and chili bean sauce pudding hot like this.
