Spinach with Ham Fried Rice
Still puzzled new ways to cook fried rice? Give this spinach with ham fried rice a try. It only needs a couple of ingredients, and takes 5 minutes to cook.

Utensils:
Wok, bowl.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup onion cubes
1 cup ham cubes
3-4 cups pre-cooked long grain rice, refrigerated
2 stalks cleaned spinach, cut into 1-inch length long
2 tbsp. cheese powder
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Preheat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in a wok over high until hot, stir fry onion cubes for about 1 minute before adding ham cubes, cook, stirring and tossing around the wok until well mixed.

2. Add the chopped spinach back into the wok in which it was cooked, continue to cook until the leaves are almost milted.

3. Taste and season with salt and ground black pepper, then add steamed rice and cheese powder, tossing all together, and stirring to mix everything well.
4. Remove from the wok to a bowl, serve hot.

Tips:
Refrigerated long grain rice doesn't tend to stick and makes it perfect for this delicious dish.
