Curry Shrimp Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients:
4 oz. shrimp
1/2 apple, peeled, cut into small cubes
1/4 onion, cut into small cubes
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. curry powder
Directions:
1. In a wok over medium heat, stir fry onion and apple cubes until tender, add 1 tbsp. curry powder while you stir fry.

2. Add the shrimp back into the wok, keep stirring, correct for salt when nears done.
3. Serve hot on a plate.
