Ketchup Salmon Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients:
14 oz./ 400 g salmon filets
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, peeled, sliced
1 egg white
1/2 cup pineapple cubes
2 slices ginger
3 tbsps. ketchup
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine, or dry sherry
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. In a big mixing bowl, combine salmon filets with 1 tbsp. rice wine, egg white, and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, mix them well.

2. Preheat a wok over medium-high heat until hot, add oil and drizzle along the sides, saute salmon filets over medium heat for 2 minutes.

3. Stir fry onion and green pepper until thoroughly combined.

4. Stir into 3 tbsps. ketchup, 1 tbsp. light soy sauce, 1 tbsp. white sugar, and 1 tbsp. sesame oil as you cook, tossing gently once or twice to mix everything together.

5. When cooked, remove them from the wok to a plate, serve hot.
