Crispy Prawn Ballls Recipe

Ingredients:
14 oz./ 400 g prawn, peeled, deveined
1 beaten egg, whisked lightly
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsps. sesame seeds
2 tbsps. chopped scallion
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
5 tbsps. vegetable oil for deep-frying

Directions:
1. Chop the prawn meat into pieces, or blend them with an electric blender until thick, remove to a big mixing bowl then.
2. Combine with 1 whisked egg, 2 tbsps. chopped scallion, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt, and 2 tbsps. sesame seeds, stir clockwise until thick and blended well..
3. Form the mixture into tiny balls of about 1-inch diameter, place on a plate for later use.
4. Heat 5 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until shimmering on the bottom, but not yet smoking, deep fry the prawn balls over medium heat until heated through and golden brown.

5. When cooked, drain well and dry thoroughly with paper towels, place on a plate and serve immdiately, coat with your favorite sauce for a mouth-watering treat.
