Crispy Prawn Pancake Recipe

Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 oz. / 200 g pork or beef
14 oz. / 400 g prawn, peeled, deveined
1 raw egg white
2 tbsps. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
5 tbsps. vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Chop both prawn and pork into small pieces, then combine together in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir into egg white, black pepper, light soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil, stir clockwise with fork or chopsticks until sticky and the paste forms.

3. Form the paste into 2-3 pancake.
4. Heat 5 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until hot, place in the pamcake, sear over medium heat, turn and sear the other side when one side is cooked through and golden, do not brown.

5. Drain them well in a colander or on kitchen papers, serve hot.
