Red cooking Prawn Recipe
This red cooking prawn recipe is great when you want something special, plus the refreshing sauce that scallion, ginger, and cayenne pepper combine to make, red cooking prawn is perfect for you.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 oz./ 200 g prawn, shell-on, deveined
4 garlic cloves, sliced
5 slices fresh ginger, peeled
1 scallion, cut into 1-inch length
2 red hot peppers, chopped fine
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
3 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over high heat for 30 seconds, then heat 3 tbsps. vegetable oil until hot, saute scallion, ginger, garlic, and red hot pepper until aromatic, about 30-40 seconds, do not brown them.

2. Then add prawn, continue to cook for another 4 minutes until golden.

3. Add 1/2 cup water, toss pinch of cayenne pepper and salt to taste, then reduce the heat to medium, let simmer until water reduces by about half.
4. Remove from heat to a serving plate, serve hot.
