Salmon Tomato Potato Stew Recipe
This nutritious recipe is made with 5 simple ingredients which can be found in almost any refrigerator, and it features a rich, juicy, and tasty dish that will surely satisfy your stomach.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. ground cumin
3 tbsps. ketchup
2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
2 stalks parsley, cut into 1/3-inch pieces
1/2 onion, peeled, cut crosswise into thin strips
2 salmon steaks, at least 1-inch thick, cut into cubes
2 medium-sized potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes, about 1/2-inch length
1 tbsp. chopped coriander
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over medium high heat for about 30 seconds before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, then swirl the oil to coat the surface until hot, but not yet smoking, cook onion strips until soften.

2. Then put potato, tomato cubes and parsley into the wok, stir into 3 tbsps. ketchup, stir fry, and tossing to properly coat with the sauce.

3. Pour into 1/2-1 cup water, 1 tbsp. ground black pepper, season with salt as you would.

4. Bring to boiling, then reduce to low so it simmers, add salmon steaks and chopped coriander, cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Ladle into warmed bowls, serve hot.
