Spicy Shrimp Recipe
The real secret behind this traditional Chinese shrimp recipe is the scallion and ginger that added, spicy shrimp is easy to master and only takes seconds to make.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 oz. / 200 g shrimp
3-5 green peppers
1 tbsp. sacllion, minced
1 slice ginger, minced
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Rinse green peppers under cold running water, discard the stem, and then cut them into small cubes.
2. Heat a wok of water into boiling, blanch the green pepper cubes for 30 seconds, or until turns jade green. And then drain well and set aside.
3. In a big mixing bowl, combine shrimp, green pepper, and all the other ingredients well, mix well.
4. Dish out into a plate and serve.
