Juicy Tasty Trout Recipe
After 30 minutes of marinate, trout is ready for the cook, and the finished dish is fully flavored and juicy tasty.

Wok, mixing bowl, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 trout, about 11oz.
1 tbsp. crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 bunch scallion, cut into 1-inch strips
2 tbsps. freshly grated ginger root
5 tbsps. vegetable oil
Seasonings:
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tbsps. chili bean sauce
2 tbsps. white sugar, or to taste
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Before cooking, discard the scales, gills and the internal organs of the fish, rinse through running water and drain well, slash fish crosswise 4 times per side, season bothsides with 1 tbsp. light soy sauce and 1 tbsp. salt, let them marinate for about 30 minutes.

2. Top the fish with scallion strips.

3. Making sauce by whisking grated ginger, 1 tbsp. crushed garlic clove, and all the seasonings in a bowl.

4. Preheat a wok over high for 30 seconds before adding 3-5 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat till hot, then cook the fish for 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.

5. Remove to a plate and spoon the sauce over to glaze, let sit 3 minutes to absorb the flavors, serve then.
