Tasty Corn Soup Recipe
This simple-to-master Chinese soup recipe is a terrific way to enjoy different food, such as onion, potato, corn, ham and milk, it is simple to make and works every time.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1/2 can corn
1/2 cup ham cubes
1/2 onion, peeled, cut into 1/2-1 inch cubes
1 potato, peeled, cut into 1/2-1 inch cubes
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 tbsp. minced garlic clove
1/2-1 cup milk
2 cups chicken stock

Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients except the milk in a wok, heat over medium temp until boiling, then lower the heat and keep simmer until the potato cubes are tender.
2. For the last minute of cooking, pour 1/2-1 cup milk into the wok in question, cook briefly to mix everything together.

3. Cover and let sit for 2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
4. Ladle into warmed bowls, let cool 5 minutes before serving.
