Mung Beans and Kelp Soup Recipe
Mung beans and kelp soup is a traditional Chinese soup, which can help to lower your blood pressure.

Ingredients:
2 oz. / 50 g rice
3 oz. / 100 g mung beans
3 oz. / 100 g kelp, cut into small cubes or thin strips
Directions:
1. Rinse rice, mung beans, and kelp thoroughly under cold running water, drain them well and set aside.
2. Add enough water into a pot, add all the ingredients, bring to a boil under high heat, then cover and let cook over medium high heat until cooked, about 20 minutes.
3. Dish out into bowls, serve hot.
