Candy Pear with White Fungus Soup Recipe
Pear and white fungus are always great together, here they combine to make a very tasty and refreshing soup that you really need to have a try.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 pears, peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
10 red dates, seeded, cut into half
2-3 pieces white fungus
Cups water
5 rock sugar
Directions:
1. Soak the white fungus in warm water, about 20 minutes, then trim off the stems and drain through a sieve to remove any dirt or sand, then cut into small pieces.
2. Put the pear cubes, and white fungus into a pot, add 5 rock sugar, and enough water, turn heat to high and cook for about 20 minutes, add water if needed.
3. Then add red dates into it, dail down to simmer another 15 minutes, stop cooking until done.
4. Ladle into warmed bowls, serve hot.
