Sweet Rice and Millet Soup
The name says it all, this is a rice millet soup for true soup lovers!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Utensils:
Pot, bowl.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 cups millet
1/4 cup raisin
1/2 cup peanut
1/4 cup walnut-meat
1/2 cup mung bean
1/2 cup red jujube
2 tbsps. sugar
Directions:
1. Rinse all the ingredients well before use.
2. Soak mung bean in water for about 30 minutes ahead of time.

3. Bring 3-4 cups of water in a large pot to boil, add mung bean and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until half way cooked, then add another 3-5 cups cold water, add into all the other ingredients, cover and continue to cook until steam appears, then reduce heat to low and bring to a simmer until cooked.
4. Dump into individual bowls, serve warm or cold.
