Bitter Melon Pie

Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 bitter melon
9 oz./ 250 g ground pork
1 tbsp. freshly minced ginger
1 tbsp. Chinese rice wine, or dry sherry
2 tbsps. sesame oil
2 tbsps. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Combine ground pork, all the seasonings, and egg white into a bowl, stir clockwise until sticky.
2. Cut the bitter melon into 2/3 inches sections according to P2. scoop out the seeds as P3.
3. Fill the meat in the bitter melon like P4.

4. Arrange on a serving dish, steam for 20 minutes, then sever hot.
