Carrot Celery Stir-fry Recipe
This carrot and celery stir-fry recipe tastes sweet and tender, and it’s more nutritious when cooked in this manner.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 carrot, cut into thin slices
1 egg, beaten, whisked lightly with pinch of salt
1/2 bunch celery, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over high heat for 1 minute before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat until hot, then scramble whisked egg over medium heat until firm.

2. Add the carrot slices and 1/2-1 tbsp. water into the wok, keep stirring for a further 2-3 minutes.
3. Taste and season with salt as desired, stir briefly to mix everything together, top with a sprinkling of chopped celery before serving.

Tips:
Carrot is famous for its high content of carotin, actually, it is easier to be absorbed by our body when cooked with oil, like in this recipe.
