Crispy Bean Sprouts Recipe
This recipe features spicy, tasty bean sprouts, it is simple to make and works every time.

Ingredients:
1 red pepper, seeded, julienned
3.5 oz./100 g bean sprouts
1 stalk scallion, julienned
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. rice vinegar, or to taste
Directions:
1. Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly through cold running water, then remove any wilted ones, combine with pinch of salt in a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes.

2. Before use, thoroughly rinse the salted bean sprouts under cold running water to remove any salt.
3. Gently combine bean sprouts, julienned red pepper, julienned scallion together in a plate, sprinkling with rice vinegar, white sugar, and sesame oil, stir until well mixed.

4. Serve.
