Garlic Sprouts Meat Stir-fry Recipe
Garlic sprouts meat stir-fry recipe is one kind of commonest Chinese famliy food, which is also popular in western chinese food restaurant. Now you can make this classic Chinese food by yourself at home.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
3.5 oz./ 100 g garlic sprouts, cut into 1/2-1 inch sections
10 oz. / 300 g pork, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 tbsps. water
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over high heat for 1 minute before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat until hot, then saute chopped scallion, minced ginger over low heat for 20-30 seconds, or until aromatic, do not brown.
2. Add pork strips, continue to cook over medium heat until white.

3. Add garlic sprouts, salt and half cup of water, stir fry over medium high heat for another 15 minutes, or until tender.

4. Stir into light soy sauce, and cornstarch water mixture, stir briefly to mix everything together.
