Honey Glazed Sweet Potato Recipe
This recipe features juicy weet potato, enhanced with a sweet honey sauce. Honey glazed sweet potato is perfect when you want something healthy, but still satisfying.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch length sections
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2-1 tbsp. light soy sauce, low sodium
2 tbsps. honey liquid
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Place the sweet potatoes into a bowl with 2 tbsps. water to cover, then place in the microwave, cook until done, about 5 minutes, then drain well and set aside for later use.

2. Make dressing by mix the light soy sauce and honey liquid in a bowl.

3. Heat 2 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok, swirl until hot, add sweet potato back into the wok, cook over medium heat, swirl in the soy sauce and honey mixture, stirring and tossing to mix everything together, turn off the heat when the sweet potatoes are golden brown.
4. Remove them from the wok to a plate, top with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeeds before serving.
