Juicy Mushroom Recipe
This juicy mouth-watering mushroom is made up with a couple of easy-to-get ingredients, it is tasty as well as nutritious!

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1-2 cups dried black mushrooms
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. white sugar
1-2 cups water
Directions:
1. Soak the dried black mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, remove the stems, strain through a sieve to discard any sand or dirt, then squzzed out the excess water and cut into strips.

2. Preheat a wok with 2 tbsps.vegetable oil, then swirl to coat the surface until hot, stir fry the mushroom strips over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

3. When the mushroom turns brown, pour into 1-2 cups water to just cover the mushrooms, then lower the heat to simmer.

4. Tossing once or twice while cooking, turn off the heat when liquid is nearly reduced, sprinkling with 1 tsp. sesame oil before serving.
5. Serve on a plate.
