Meat and Carrot Stir-fry Recipe
Stir-fry carrot with meat - thin strips carrot stir fried with marinated pork – delicious, nutritious, and only takes a few minutes.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
3.5 oz./ 100 g pork, cut into thin strips
1-2 carrots, rinse well, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1.Combine pork, ground ginger, light soy sauce, and cornstarch in a big mixing bowl, let them marinate for about 10 minutes before cooking.

2. Preheat a wok over medium-high heat for at least 30 seconds before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, then swirl the oil to coat the surface of the wok until hot, stir fry pork strips for a while, or until white.

3. Add carrot strips when the pork is nearly cooked, continue to cook over medium high heat until the carrot is soft.

4. Season with salt, mix well, and remove from the wok to a plate, serve hot.
