Meat Green Peas Stir-fry Recipe
This meat green peas stir-fry recipe is great when you want something special for your dinner tonight. And you probably need both of your hands to eat up these amazing food.

Ingredients:
200 g / 7 oz. pork or beef
3 dried black mushrooms
200 g / 7 oz. green peas
2 red peppers, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. white sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 tbsps. water
1 tbsp. rice wine, or dry sherry
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. chicken essence
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Cut the meat into 1/2-inch cubes, mariante with 1 tbsp. light soy sauce, and 1 tbsp. cornstarch in a bowl for about 10 minutes.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook green peas for about 5 minutes, drain well and transfer into cold water, drain again, set aside for later use.
3. Soften the mushrooms by soaking in warm water for 20 minutes, trim off the stems, then cut into small cubes.

4. Heat 2 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok until hot, stir fry meat cubes until white, swirl into 1 tbsp. rice wine then.
5. Put mushrooms, and green peas back into the wok, keep stirring for 2 minutes, then add red peppers.
6. Keep cooking until done, season with salt, sugar, and chicken essence, swirl into the cornstarch and water mixture, cook until thickens.

7. Remove to a plate, sprinkle with sesame oil before serving.
