Meat Lettuce Chop Suey Recipe
If you are in the mood for a hearty and easy Chinese dish, why do not give this a try? Meat lettuce chop suey is simple to master and quick to make as well.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup lettuce slices
1/2 cup pork or beef strips
2 colves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Combine meat strips with cornstarch and soy sauce in a big mixing bowl, let them marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Heat 2 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok until hot, saute the garlic cloves briefly until aromatic, about 20 seconds, then stir fry meat strips over medium heat until white and nearly cooked through.
3. Remove to a bowl, combined with lettuce slices, salt, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, and 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, mix well to coat properly with the sauce.

4. Serve.
