Olive Oil Mushroom Stir-Fry Recipe

Utensils:
Wok, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
10 -15 dried mushrooms
1 tbsp. crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
3 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Soften the dried mushrooms by soaking in warm water for about 20 minutes, then trim off the stems.
2. Heat 3 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok, swirl the oil around the wok to cover both sides and bottom of the wok until hot, then saute crushed garlic cloves and red pepper flakes briefly until aromatic, about 20 seconds, do not brown.

3. Put back the mushrooms into the wok, stirring and tossing over medium high heat until well mixed and the flavor fully developped.

4. Remove from the heat, serve on a plate.
