Onion Stir-fry Recipe
Everyone loves onion, but when you puzzled new ways to cook, this BBQ onion stir-fry recipe is just the thing.

Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, bowl.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1-2 onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsps. barbecue sauce
Broccoli, for garnishing
Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over medium heat till hot,stir fry onion slices briefly over medium heat, about 1 minute.

2. Add 2 tbsps. barbecue sauce and 1/2-1 cup water into the wok, turn heat up to high, and then bring to a boil, lower the heat to simmer for a couple of minutes, or until onion turns out tender.

3. Remove from the heat to a plate, garnishing with broccoli before serving.
