Pan-fried Potato Strips Recipe
An entire new way of cooking potato strips – pan-fried potato strips, crispy and tasty for sure.

Cook time: 15 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 potatoes, peeled
2 tbsps. chili powder
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
3-5 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into thin matchstick-sized strips, place on a plate for later use.

2. In a large wok over medium high heat, saute potato strips with 1 tsp. salt until cooked through, which will take about 1 minute.

3. Gather all the potato strips together in the middle of the wok, then swirl into 3-5 tbsps. vegetable oil over them, let them soak through the potato strips, then pan-fry over medium high heat, do not stirring while cooking.

4. Pressing while cooking, turn and cook the other side when turns golden brown.

5. Remove from the wok to a plate, sprinkling with 2 tbsps. chili powder before serving.
