Potato Cubes Stir-fry Recipe

Serves 2
Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 potato, peeled, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp. chopped coriander
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Preheat a wok for about 30 seconds, then add 2 tbsps. vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface, saute garlic cloves for 20 seconds until aromatic. Then turn heat to medium high, add potato cubes, sprinkle 1 tbsp. ground cumin, 1 tbsp. chili powder, and 1 tbsp. ground black pepper over as you stir fry.

2. Stirring and tossing over medium heat until the potato turns out tender, season with salt as you would, garnishing with a sprinkling of chopped coriander before serving.
3. Serve hot.
