Crispy Potato Strips Pie
This is a new way to cook potato strips - pan frying them, which only needs a couple of ingredients and takes a seconds to master as well.

Utensils:
Wok, mixing bowl, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 potato, skinned, cut into matchstick-sized thin strips
2 beaten eggs, whisked lightly
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt ,or to taste
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
3 tbsps. vegetable oil for pan-frying

Directions:
1. In a big mixing bowl, combine potato strips, egg mixture, chopped scallion, 1/2 cup flour, ground black pepper, and salt together, stir to mix well.

2. Preheat a wok over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds before adding oil, then swirling the oil around the wok until hot, pan frying the potato mixture over medium heat until each side turns golden and cooked through.

3. When finished, let cool completely in the wok before cutting.
4. Serve hot.
