Red Pepper and Meat Stir-fry Recipe
Red pepper and meat stir-fry recipe – Nutritent loaded red pepper pairs nicely with meat and Chinese seasonings in this simple Spring recipe.

Ingredients:
3.5 oz./ 100 g pork, cut into thin strips
1-2 red peppers, seed, cut into thin strips
2 tbsps. chili bean sauce
1 tbsp. light soy saucez
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cumin powder
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Dirctions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix well pork strips and 1 tbsp. cornstarch.

2. Preheat a wok over medium heat for at least 30 seconds before adding oil, swirl it around the wok until hot, then stir fry pork strips over medium heat until no pink shows, about 2 minutes.

3. Stir into 2 tbsps. chili bean sauce, stir to mix well.

4. Place the red pepper back into the wok, swirl into 1 tbsp. light soy sauce, stirring until the pepper wilted.

5. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. cumin powder over them as desired, cook briefly to mix everything together.

6. Remove from the wok to a plate, serve hot.
