Tasty Snow peas Pumpkin and Meat Recipe
This low-fat and satisfying snow peas pumpkin meat recipe is tasty, nutritious, and easy to make at home, so there is no need to go out to enjoy this delicious Chinese food.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup snow peas
7 oz./ 200g ground pork or beef
7 oz./ 200g pumpkin, deseeded, peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp. rice wine, or dry sherry
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add in the pumpkin cubes, cook until soften, which will take about 3-5 minutes.

2. At the last minute of cooking, add the snow peas into the pot in question, blanch for 30 seconds, then drain them well in a colander, remove to cold water to stop cooking, then drain well and transfer to a bowl for later use.

3. Meanwhile, in a wok, cook the ground meat with enough water and all the seasonings, cook until the water is nearly evaporated, drain well and set aside.

4. Combine the pumpkin cubes and snow peas with sugar and salt, let sit for a couple of minutes to absorb the flavors.
5. Toss the pumpkin cubes and snow peas with a generous amount of the cooked meat before serving, combine to mix well and serve.
