Spinach with Meat and Egg Pan-fry Recipe
Simply give this easy-to-make Chinese recipe a try, it only takes you 20 minutes, and I bet you will enjoy this heaven-made match of tangy spinach and flavorful meat.

Ingredients:
3.5 oz./ 100 g spinach, cleaned, pat dry
7 oz./ 200 g ground meat
1 egg white
1 raw egg yolk, whisked lightly
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for pan-frying
Directions:
1. Put the ground meat in a bowl, whisk into 1 egg white, a few tbsp. water, and pinch of salt, stir until blended well.
2. Cut the spinach into 2-3 inches long, then transfer to the bowl of ground meat mixture, coat lightly with the ground meat mixture.

3. Bring a large pot of water on to a boil, cook the well-coated spinach in it.

4. When the meat turns white, and the spinach is tender, but still crispy, drain them well in a colander, set in a plate, coat with flour lightly.

5. Preheat a wok over high heat for 1 minute, swirl 2 tbsps. vegetable oil around the wok to coat surface until hot, pan fry the flour-coated spinach over medium heat.

6. Brush the whisked egg yolk on bothsides while cooking, turn and cook the other side when one side is cooked, cook until the egg have set.

7. Remove from the wok to a plate, arrange neatly before serving.
