Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Season the Chicken: Toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
