Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.

  • Prepare Dijon Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.

  • Coat Salmon: Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush the Dijon sauce evenly over the tops of each fillet.
