Marinate Beef: In a bowl, combine sliced beef, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and cornstarch. Toss to coat and set aside for 10 minutes.

Prepare Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and beef broth.

Cook Broccoli: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.

Cook Beef: Add remaining oil to the pan. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
