Perfect for pizza night or any time you’re craving a burger-inspired meal, this Big Mac Pizza is sure to satisfy your taste buds

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup pickles, sliced

  • ¼ cup diced onions

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). For a crispier crust, place a pizza stone in the oven while it’s preheating.

  • Prepare the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  • Make the Big Mac sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

  • Prepare the pizza dough: Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on the crust to mimic the Big Mac bun.

  • Assemble the pizza: Spread a thin layer of Big Mac sauce on the pizza dough. Top with mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and the cooked ground beef.

  • Bake: Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Add toppings: Once out of the oven, add sliced pickles, diced onions, and drizzle with more Big Mac sauce. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds around the edge for extra flavor and authenticity.

  • Serve: Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, top the pizza bits or your favorite hot sauce. For a vegetarian option, replace the ground beef with plant-based meat or load up on veggies like mushrooms and bell peppers.Make it spicier by adding jalapeños or hot sauce to the sauce mixture.
