A pinch of sea salt (optional, for extra flavor)

- Cookies (like vanilla wafers or shortbread)
Instructions
Make the Dip:
-
Beat the Cream Cheese and Butter:
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. -
Add Powdered Sugar and Cocoa Powder:
Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, continuing to beat until combined and smooth. -
Add Vanilla and Milk:
Stir in the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix until the dip reaches your desired consistency. If you want it creamier, add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time. -
Fold in Chocolate Chips (Optional):
If using, fold in the mini chocolate chips for added texture and extra chocolatey goodness.
Chill the Dip:
For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and makes the dip even creamier.
Top and Serve:
Once chilled, transfer the dip to a serving bowl. If desired, sprinkle the top with additional chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt for an extra touch.
