2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
