Description

Ingredients

  • Pasta (rotini, penne, or your choice)

  • Romaine lettuce (chopped)

  • Parmesan cheese (grated or shaved)

  • Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • Croutons (optional)

  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, and cherry tomatoes if using.

  3. Add Caesar dressing and toss well to coat all ingredients evenly.
