1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter

1½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

Prepare the Pudding Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2½ cups milk and the pudding mix until smooth and thickened (about 2 minutes). Fold in whipped topping until well combined. Set aside. -
Assemble the Layers:

Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.

Spread half the pudding mixture over the crackers.

Add another layer of graham crackers.

Spoon 1½ cans of cherry pie filling over this layer.

Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the cherry filling.

Top with one final layer of graham crackers.

In a small saucepan, heat the remaining ½ cup milk and butter over medium heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. -
Top and Chill:
Pour glaze over the top graham cracker layer. Chill for at least 8 hours or overnight. -
Serve:
Just before serving, top with remaining cherry pie fillin
