Description

Chicken Bellagio is a restaurant-worthy Italian-American dish featuring crispy breaded chicken, creamy pesto pasta, and a fresh arugula salad. Inspired by the Cheesecake Factory favorite, this gourmet meal is surprisingly easy to make at home and perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions.

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • All-purpose flour

  • Eggs

  • Italian-style breadcrumbs

  • Canola or olive oil

  • Spaghetti or spaghettini pasta

  • Pesto sauce

  • Heavy cream

  • Grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh arugula

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare Chicken: Pound chicken to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.

  • Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

  • Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Make Sauce: In a saucepan, combine pesto and cream. Heat through, then stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.

  • Serve: Serve immediately while the chicken is still crispy.
