Ingredients
- 1 lb large white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté the Onions . Heat over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Bake the Mushrooms: Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and cooked through.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
