2 cups shredded cabbage

- 1 cup cooked protein (shrimp, chicken, or tofu), finely chopped

Instructions

Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, protein, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Assemble Spring Rolls: Lay one wrapper on a flat surface with a corner facing you. Place 2 tablespoons of filling near that corner. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in sides, and roll tightly toward the opposite corner. Seal the edge with water.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

Air Fry: Lightly spray or brush spring rolls with oil. Place in a single layer in the basket, cook 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Work in batches if needed.
