Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the crock pot. -
Make the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil, garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes. -
Combine and Cook:
Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or high for 1½–2½ hours. -
Finish and Serve:
Remove the chicken, cut into chunks, and return to the sauce. Serve warm over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables.
Notes
