Instructions

Melt & Mix Base: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir constantly.

Boil: Once boiling rapidly, continue to boil for exactly 1½ minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.

Add Flavor: Stir in vanilla and peanut butter until completely smooth and melted.

Combine with Oats: Add oats and mix until fully coated and combined.
