Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2–3 teaspoons milk (any kind)

  • 2 teaspoons light corn syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

  • Food coloring (gel or liquid), optional

Instructions

  • Mix the Base:
    In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons milk, corn syrup, and vanilla or almond extract until smooth and glossy.

  • Adjust Consistency:
    Add a few drops of milk if too thick, or more powdered sugar if too thin. Use thick icing for outlining and thinner for flooding.

  • Color the Icing:
    Divide into bowls and mix in food coloring as desired.

  • Decorate Cookies:
