Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

  • Cherry tomatoes or diced fresh tomatoes

  • Fresh basil leaves (chopped)

  • Garlic (minced)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Onion (finely chopped, optional)

  • Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
