Description

Fluffy Scrambled Eggs are a breakfast favorite that combines light, airy texture with creamy flavor. This simple recipe provides the perfect balance for tender, soft scrambled eggs. With just a few ingredients and a few minutes, you’ll be enjoying a rich, satisfying dish. Customize with your favorite toppings like cheese, herbs, or veggies for added variety!

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)

  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish, such as chives or parsley)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk them vigorously for 30 seconds until combined and frothy. For fluffier eggs, add 2 tablespoons of milk or cream (optional).

  • Preheat the Pan: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add butter or olive oil and let it melt slowly. The pan should be warm, but not too hot.

  • Cook the Eggs: Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Let them sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula. Once the eggs set around the edges, stir more frequently, scraping the bottom of the pan to prevent sticking.

  • Slow Cooking: Continue stirring gently until soft curds form, about 2-3 minutes. Cook on low heat, stirring to keep the eggs light and creamy.

  • Finish and Serve: When the eggs are just set and still glossy, remove the pan from heat. The residual heat will finish cooking them. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

Variations: Add cheese for richness (cheddar, feta, or Parmesan), sautéed vegetables for extra flavor, or fresh herbs for a more fragrant touch.Storage: Scrambled eggs are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in the fridge. Reheat gently on low heat, adding butter or milk to maintain creaminess.
