French Dip Sliders are savory mini sandwiches packed with tender roast beef and melted cheese on soft slider buns, brushed with a buttery garlic topping and baked until golden. Served with warm au jus for dipping, these sliders are perfect for parties, game days, or quick family meals.
Ingredients
For the Sliders:

12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced

12 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
For the Au Jus:

1 packet au jus mix
- Water (as directed on packet)
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Assemble Sliders: Slice buns in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in the dish. Layer with roast beef and cheese, then top with bun tops.

Make Butter Topping: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush over tops of sliders.

Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

Prepare Au Jus: While sliders bake, prepare au jus mix with water as per package instructions.

Serve: Serve sliders warm with au jus on the side for dipping.
Notes
